HOW ARE WE HELPING TO KEEP YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES, EMPLOYEES & YOU SAFE?

Zoonosis are diseases and infections that are transferable from affected animals to humans.
Covid-19 is a zoonotic infection.

At SA.MAST we believe that we must act to give meaning to the CoCT motto:
Making progress possible. Together. And we do.

Since 2009 we have been the only organisation to consistently conduct a free mass sterilisation with primary treatment programme throughout this massive community - despite unimaginable challenges. While we will continue to stand between animal overpopulation with its attendant consequences for all Cape Town residents, our greatest fear, following the 2020 shack land invasions surrounding our clinic is: Shack Fires. It will destroy everything in its path.

We must move to a safe and secure location and will need your assistance in the coming weeks and months.

"To ensure the City of Cape Town will be a healthier city with adequate and equitable distribution of resources to render quality, comprehensive, cost-effective primary health care services. This will be achieved through a district health system with a committed and dynamic workforce supported by strong, competent shared leadership with collaboration and commitment from the community and other partners."

Dr Paul Nkurunziza
Acting Director: City Health
